Coconut Carrot Salad

Ingredients
3 large carrots
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup celery
2 Tbl shredded coconut
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbl sour cream
1 Tbl cider vinegar
salt for taste
1 tsp sugar optional
Preparation
In a bowl, combine shredded carrots, raisins, walnuts, celery, and coconut. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and salt. You can add sugar is the carrots are not the sweet ones. Stir dressing into carrot mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving.
