Romanian Mushroom Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. bacon
4 medium onions
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan but leave drippings. Add onions to bacon drippings and fry until soft. Drain grease from onions. Wash and cut fresh mushrooms. Scald with boiling water then squeeze well. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to bacon and onions in a saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes in covered pan.

Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 tbsp oil
sea salt
4 butter cubes

Preparation
Preheat the oven 350F.Rinse the potatoes and dry, or you can pill the potatoes, pierced the potatoes all over around for a few times using a fork, place the potatoes in a large bowl add oil over and salt.
Place the potatoes on the grill in the oven and bake for one hour, put a baking tray with foil under the grill so it catch any drips.Remove potatoes from the oven and cut long but not all the way, add a cube of butter. The butter will melt inside the potatoes. You can serve it just like that or you can use cheese or baked beans instead of butter.

Yogurt with Fruits

Quick and healthy dessert/snack plenty of vitamins.

Ingredients

14oz/400 g plain yogurt
3Tbsp chopped salted nuts
7 oz/200g mixed seasonal fresh fruits
2.5 fl oz/ 80 ml honey
1 teasp vanilla sugar
mint for garnish

Preparation

Sprinkle the fruit with vanilla sugar and place 1 Tbsp of fruits in each glass.Whisk the yogurt until is smooth.To create layers add 1tbsp of yogurt on top of the fruits the add over some honey, then repeat with same layers and finish with the sprinkle of chopped nuts and some sliced fruits.Decorate your yogurt with a leave of fresh mint and serve immediately.

Lemonade

Ingredients
7 lemons
1 cup/250 g sugar
2 cups/500ml water

Preparation
Juice the lemons, cut in half, squeeze halves and pour juice into the large bowl.
Mixed the sugar and water- put the pan onto the gentle heat and add sugar and the water, stirring with the wooden spoon.
Allow it to come to a gentle boiling until all the sugar dissolved.
Add the sugar water to the juice, and stir again.
Place the bowl into the fridge until chilled (1 hour).
Served cold- fill glass with ice, pour the lemonade and decorate with a lemon slice and to add more color you can use a cocktail umbrella.

How enhance the beauty of your eyes...

To make your eyes color more intense and vibrant use opposite eyeshadow than the eye color.

For example I have green eyes so the recommended eye shadow shades are lavender, amethyst, violet, and dark plum for the eyeliner.

Blue eyes look stunning in gold, gray-silver, brown and as eyeliner chocolate.

If chocolate goes with blue eyes, for brown eyes choose light blue, green, and as eyeliner deep forest green. Using eyeshadow mint green with deep forest green will look amazing.

Yellow Crispy Fried Fish

Ingredients fish salt corn yellow flour oil

Preparation
Salt the fish, pass it threw flour and fried in oil at a medium high heat.


Starting with this easy recipes you can add different flavors and taste.

1.Add egg yolks mixed with the corn yellow flour.

2.Serve with lemon.

Romanian Mashed Beans/Fasole Frecata

Ingredients
1 lb dried beans, (soaked for a few hours or overnight it will help boiling faster)
salt
pepper
1 onion
2 tsp paprika
Preparation
Drain the beans and put them in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to a simmer, cover beans, and cook for about 45 minutes.
Add salt and plenty of black pepper.
Keep one cup of water what was over the beans.
Puree the beans adding some water as needed at a time.
In a different pan saute the chopped onion over medium heat for 9 minutes, add paprika and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve this over each serving of beans next to polenta and some smoked bacon, sausages or any other kind of fried meat and pickles.

Romanian Garlic Sauce/Mujdei de usturoi

Ingredients
1 head garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tbs water
2 Tbs oil
1/2 cup sour cream – optional
Preparation
Peel and separate garlic into cloves, crush it in a press or minced very finely then add the salt,water and the oil. Mixed and beat with a fork until everything is mixed well. Optional you can add reduced fat sour cream. Its a great sauce to be served with fish or meat, French fries.
