Carrots Saute/ Saute de Morcovi

Ingredients
1 lb carrots, cut round pieces
1 head garlic cloves
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup water
salt
oil
Preparation
On a pan, heat the oil, add the minced garlic, salt, after 2 minutes add the carrots, then the water.
Let it cook until the carrots are softened. Serve hot next to mash potatoes and steak.
