Spinach Cream with Sunny Eggs

Ingredients
3 pounds spinach
1 tablespoon flour
5 garlic cloves

¾ cup milk or cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon
salt
eggs and oil
Preparation

Cook and mince the spinach.Put the butter in a saucepan, and on the fire. When hot, add the minced garlic, flour, and stir until smooth and frothy, then add the minced spinach, salt and pepper. Cook for five minutes, then add the milk or cream hot, and cook three minutes longer. Separately fried eggs and serve next to spinach, for the meat lover you can add fried bacon.
