Makes 4 servingsIngredients:
4 limes
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
salt
ground pepper
1 1/2 pounds shrimp
Preparation
Peel the shrimp.In a bowl mixed 1 tbl spoon lime zest, ½ cup lime juice, add minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for taste and shrimp. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes prior grilling.Grill shrimp 2 minutes on each side until it turns pink. Slice the rest of the lime and serve with shrimp.
